pascal atuma [dr. joseph joseph]

Born in Umuahia, Abia State, Nigeria to a family of seven children, Pascal started his acting career in Government College, Umuahia, where he was also the Chief Speaker for the Drama and Debate Society. Pascal attended University of Port Harcourt Engineering School in Nigeria before moving to the United States in 1995. He also holds an AA degree in Theatre and Public Performance from the Kim Dawson Acting College in Dallas, Texas.                        

Pascal moved to Hollywood in May 2002 to pursue his childhood dreams and quickly racked up an impressive track record as an actor. He's written six feature films and produced three in four years, making “The Hurricane in the Rose Garden”, his fourth production. It's also his fourth time as a lead actor in a feature film. He is presently in pre-production on his fifth feature film titled “House Police”, which he also wrote. Pascal has also directed and starred in “My American Nurse” which premiered at last year's PAN AFRICAN FILM FESTIVAL.

tangi miller [sade]

Meet Tangi Miller, named by TV Guide as one of the sexiest stars on television and whom Ebony Magazine called one of the “most beautiful people of the millennium.” Tangi can be seen in Tyler Perry’s most recent film “Madea’s Family Reunion” and was nominated for a 2005 NAACP Image Award for Outstanding Actress in the television movie, “Phantom Force.”

Tangi Miller quickly found success playing the smart, spirited and stylish Elena Tyler on the hit WB series “Felicity.” After making her television debut as a series regular on the WB’s “Felicity”, Tangi later received a 2002 NAACP Image Award Nomination for Best Actress in a Dramatic series. Tangi has since launched a professional acting career with lead roles in the independent feature film, “The Other Brother”, starring opposite Mekhi Phifer, as well as in “Too Legit: The MC Hammer Story.” Tangi also starred in the Lions Gate feature film “Leprechaun: Back 2 tha Hood.” and has guest starred on “Half & Half”, “Fastlane”, “The Twilight Zone”,  “Arliss”, “The Shield” and “The District.”

aloma wright [miriam "mom"]

Largely known for role as Nurse Laverne Roberts in the sitcom “Scrubs.” She has also appeared in other sitcoms such as “Malcolm in the Middle” and the short-lived series “Medical Investigation” as well as appearing in the TV movie “When Billie Beat Bobby” and the 2000 drama “Shadow Hours.” In September 2001, Wright performed at the renowned Regency West in Los Angeles. She has also appeared on an episode of “Friends”, and also had a recurring role as Adele Ferguson in “Power Rangers in Space.” She also appeared in quite a few hit movies such as  “Mr. Deeds”, “The Brothers”, and “Deliver Us From Eva.”

oris erhuero [warrior]

Born in London, England on September 23, 1968, the oldest of seven children of a much loved and respected Nigerian (Urohbo) family, in his childhood, Oris Erhuero, was accustomed to tagging along with his Mum to her job at the National Theatre of London, where he was first intrigued to pursue the craft of the performing dramatic arts.                                                                                 

His natural athleticism and adeptness with visual storytelling serves him well in his numerous intense and action-packed roles, “The Adventures of Sinbad”, “Highlander 4: Endgame”, and “BlackMask II”. In his lead role of, Honore, in “Sometimes in April”, he exhibits a moving and poignant, complex character portrayal of one of two brothers, that tells a deeper story of the 1994 Rwandan Genocide.                                                         

Perhaps his most important life accomplishment is his beautiful three year old. On June 16, 2004, Oris was named father of the year by the National Fatherhood Initiative at the Golden Dad Awards held in Los Angeles.

hakeem kae-kazim [eddie]

One of a slew of extraordinarily talented London born Nigerian actors, Hakim has quickly distinguished himself as a critically lauded performer. He studied at the famous National Youth Theater which has launched the careers of seemingly one-third of famous British Actors. Hakim has gone on to star in production but cut his teeth in television, appearing in the Canadian series, “Alive and Kicking”, the UK series, Double Vision”, the Finnish series “Love Hurts”, and the American mini-series, “The Librarian:King's Solomon's Mines”, one of cable's most watched mini-series. In addition to snagging a role on the cult series “Lost.”        

                                                                                                                                                     He gave a memorable and shockingly brutal performance in the Oscar-nominated film, “Hotel Rwanda”, playing the ruthless George Rutaganda. nicole sciacca [tracy]

Nocole attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham Theatre Arts major at Loyola Marymount University and appeared as a dancer in “Austin Powers: Goldmembers.” She was also featured in the films of “Thomas Grey's Rainy Day”, “Callback”, “Distorted.”

tanjareen martin [annabel]

The acting bug bit Tanjareen at the young age of 6. While portraying a Gingerbread Man in her school's production of Hansel & Gretel, she realized her ability & desire to engage audiences. After earning her Bachelor's Degree in TV/Film, Tanjareen was hired by her internship at Paramount Pictures. Thanks to this job, she was asked to model bikinis on a daytime talk show. Shortly after, Ms. Martin was offered a role on an MTV sketch comedy send-up and nabbed laundry list of roles in t.v., such as  “Arli$$”, “The Parkers”, “Wanda At Large”, “Strong Medicine”, and “According to Jim.” She's also appeared in the movies “Only In America”, “Halloween House Party”, and “Johnson Family Vacation.”

karri turner [ashley]

Karri was born in Fort Worth, Texas. She attended college in Tulsa before moving to Southern California to attend the American Academy of Dramatic Arts. Turner appeared in a recurring role on FOX-TV's "The X-Files" as Tara Scully, Dana Scully's (Gillian Anderson) sister-in-law. Additionally, she portrayed Eric Lutz's assistant, Honey Potts, on the NBC-TV's hit series "Caroline in the City."   

Karri voiced the Kathie Lee Gifford character on the Comedy Central animated series "South Park." Her other television credits include guest-starring roles in NBC-TV's "Suddenly Susan" and FOX-TV's "Wild Oats" and a guest role on tv's smash hit “Lost.” Turner's feature film credits include Paramount's "It's Pat" and "Who's the Caboose." When she's not acting she's a gifted soul singer and recently finished her debut album “Alittle bit of this a lil’ bit of that”which is due to hit stores early 2007. yun choi [mr. fall]

A former bicycle cop from Seattle by way of Seoul, South Korea, Yun is as adept at martial arts as he is at acting. And yes he does his own stunts.
